Army Navy Burger + Burrito — Restaurant in Pasay

I ate here at 2:34 AM and here are my observations in the store

They are not thoroughly cleaning the table once the previously seated customer was done. From my exp, there are a lot of flys and left over sauce from my table and I have to clean it up myself since no one from the staff is willing to clean it up for me given that they are the crew member of the store and for sure it is one of their responsibility to maintain the store clean for the customers. I even sarcastically asked the lady cashier to hand me something to wipe on the table because I will wipe it myself instead of them as they are the crew

As expected from an unsanitized Army Navy store, the food is different from other branches. White sauce has a rotten smell, chicken quesadilla is what I ordered and they served plain cheese quesadilla - I didn’t contest with this because it will take a lot of energy to stress it out to the staff

There were two sets of customers. As much as I respect food preferences, I hope that the person expediting tje orders/cashier would recognize that people tend to prefer their fries piping hot. Thus as soon as fried are out on the please call out the order so we can claim it. I have seen it on the counter for a couple of minutes before asking my sis to ask if those were ours..not only did you not call for the customer to claim the fries.. with only 1 ticket on the line you paused to check if it was our order. There was only 1 ticket left!!! The pouty pouty face you made as you asked your manager to assist you on the POS might work for him but not on me a member of the association where the laws of thermodynamics are suspended when it comes to fried stuff and palatal and oral...

Food is always good. A bit expensive but i love their freedom fries. Wish there is more flavour in their steak sandwich it tasted bland and so much onions. Also, maybe this is just case by case but the steak sandwich it was not arrange properly so all i had was bread then the steak was all on side the bread, i mean it was not busy when we dine in coz we are the only dine in customer then another set came in after us.
