This is the second time this branch failed to deliver our order correctly on two separate occations. This happened in a span of three days.
The first one, our order didn't came at all. We ordered around 11:30am but 1 1/2 hour later, still didn't received any message from the rider or the branch itself. So we just decided not to wait for our food because we had an appointment somewhere and ended up leaving the house hungry. We just decided to order on a drive thru and eat along the way.
The second case was we ordered two McSpaghetti, one quarter pounder, one burger mcdo, two large coke, one Cheesy Fries and a large fries. But instead we received one McChicken with rice, two quarter pounders, two regular coke, one regular fries and two large fries. (Pic related)
The only thing they got right is our receipt.
I'll just summarize this because my wife was the one who spoke to the staff on the phone so I don't know what exactly the staff told her. The staff ended up telling us to just consume the wrong order we received while we wait for the right food to be delivered after my wife got really irritated because the staff even had the audacity to ask us if IT'S OKAY to return the food we received and wait AGAIN for another one full hour for our order. I just want to tell these guys to train their staff how to deal with this kind of situation because their customer service is shtty as f**.
Just imagine, you're hungry and you ended up eating the food you didn't order because you didn't had any other choice rather than waiting for another one full hour for your right order to be delivered.

Read moreThe dining area is extremely messy, and there are no separate restrooms for men and women—only one restroom designated for PWD customers. A crew member informed me that I could use it despite not being a PWD, but upon entering, I found it highly unsanitary. The hand dryer wasn’t working, and overall, both the restroom and dining area lacked professionalism and basic hygiene standards.
Additionally, I waited 15 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, some items were still missing. When I asked the staff about it, they kept blaming each other instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue.
This branch urgently needs proper staffing and retraining to meet basic standards. If improvements aren't made, they will struggle to achieve a "Golden Store" status. The presence of too many flies also indicates a need for more frequent pest control. Staff should be trained to take pride in their work and maintain cleanliness, as it seems that only a few of them are truly dedicated. Many of the dining crew appear unmotivated, which affects the cleanliness of the area.
