GRABE OLD TIME CAFE SM BICUTAN GRABE WAITING TIME 1/2 hour 7:30pm to 9pm hayufff!!

Actually, the service time at the Old Time restaurant in a different location disappointed me as well the first time I tried it. However, I later considered it to be merely a coincidence. 🤣😈

We tried to eat sana sa Mesa Sm Bicutan kaso pang 12 people pakami sa list and punong puno ng tao yung MESA BICUTAN, so we ended up in OLD TOWN CAFE, which is next to MESA BICUTAN.

My goodness, we were disappointed when we had to cancel our order between 7:30 and 9 p.m. Meanwhile, as we looked at the table and people in MESA SM BICUTAN, we saw that everyone was eating and that the 12 people in line had eaten and left already!!

and PS HINDI GANUN KADAMI TAO SA OLD TOWN CAFE BICUTAN NUNG KUMAIN KAMI.

WE RESPECT ALL THE CREW THAT IS WHY WE CANCELLED OUR ORDER AND LEFT QUIETLY HOWEVER YOU HAVE TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE AND COOKING TIME OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

Overall dining experience was underwhelming. Service was kinda slow. Half of our orders came 20 mins apart. We were a group of 7. Food was very disappointing for its price.

We ordered:

Horfun Noodles - very bland taste with a hint boiled pasta water. Expecting a very tasty gravy like sauce which was obviously missing.

Chop Chicken Dry Noodles - for Its price of 300+ PHP not worth it... It tasted like Instant Noodles with sesame oil. Serving size was similar to a packet of Instant Noodles. Honestly the Instant pancit canton tasted better.

Turmeric Chciken Nasi Lemak - Tasted average at most, missing the coconut rice (they used plain white rice); the sambal sauce was half a teaspoon in amount.

Menu pictures are deceiving. Will not recommend to friends. And definitely will...

We had the Salmon, Chicken Rendang, and Laksa—everything was delicious! The flavors were rich and satisfying. I also tried the lemon tea, which was quite strong for my taste.

Service-wise, the waitstaff were friendly, but the service bell was ignored, so it’s better to call them directly. The waiters forgot to serve one of our appetizers and I had to ask them to remove it from the bill. The only downside was that the service water had a slight moldy taste.

The interior and design were pleasant, adding to the overall dining experience. Despite minor issues, we had a good time and enjoyed...
