S&R New York Style Pizza | SM City Bicutan — Restaurant in Parañaque

This was in S&R SM Bicutan. I ordered Spicy Chicken Burger, Savory fries and Wintermelon Milk tea then paid right after. I noticed that it is more than what should I pay but I didn’t mind because I’m confident that the lady took my orders correctly and she even repeat it back. 15mins later, my order is ready, as I look at my orders, I think twice why i’m getting 2 Milkteas but since I was in hurry, I still took my orders and walk away, which my bad because my Mom is waiting for me downstairs. At home I’m excited to eat the Spicy Chicken Burger, I really went out just to buy what i’ve been craving for lately. Apparently, it was a wrong order! I got the double cheesy quarter pound which I don’t like and the lady didn’t tell me that she placed an order for a buy 1 get 50% for any 2nd order - Milktea which cost me more! @S&R SM Bicutan. The service is very poor!!! Fried chicken, French fries are always not available from 6pm onwards. One time, I visited this branch and I order some meal for take-out. Apparently, the lady in the cashier apologizes because there are no available fried chicken and French fries as of the moment, there she'd committed 20-minute estimated time of preparation, this happened last Saturday, September 26, 2020 at around 7:00PM to 7:30PM. The service crew apologizes (again) when I follow up my order after 20 minutes, I talked to the branch officer in-charge but they were both have the same words as what I've expected from them. S&R at SM City Bicutan offers your typical S&R menu and a good dining spot. Brightly lit and friendly staff, this branch is easily accessible since it's in Building A and you can easily pass by it. We visited during a Sunday and at the start of mall hours. People started queuing up and the store was easily filled with families trying to order in this branch.

We waited at least about 15-20 minutes to have orders up. We first got the Boba Tea, which was good, though there were tons of ice. We ordered their Combo Pizza, Garlic Parmesan Chicken, and Creamy Pesto Pasta for dine out. I particularly enjoyed the Creamy Pesto the most since it's very tasty.
