CK SM Bicutan — Restaurant in Parañaque

I hardly give a 4 or 5. It is because for me, it should really be that good to give that rating. For a fast-food, it's not that easy to just give that. Here, there's a typical wait as it's in a mall. If you want to have a better place, you gotta go anytime except meal hours (bfast, lunch, & dinner). Sometimes, your order comes after more or less than 10 minutes. The longest I've waited so far was not less than 20 mins.

As for the side dish, I like the kangkong but I've experienced twice that it was overcooked. And once when it was like cooked for hours but I was the only one who placed an order so I got that.

As for the cashiers and crew, I can't say much about them. They do their job well though I still say that it's not the best. Chowking at SM is the nearest store where I live so there's no competition for me and so I cannot compare it to any store.

Cleanliness? Still looks better as always than Jollibee. Also I prefer using the stainless steel fork and spoon over the plastic ones mostly offered...

Gonna give them a bad review because I ordereda a Large Milk tea. 3/4ths is ice. So disappointed. I told the crew about this and they were sorry but they did nothing about this. To everyone who will visit this site, kindly ask the crew to lessen the ice or no ice at all if possible. As far as I know, there is a measurement for adding ice but it shouldn:t occupy the whole container especially...
