hi po..kwento ko lng ung experience ko sa Serenitea BF Homes..nag order ako ng drinks at snacks tpos sabi ng kahera 15 to 20 mins serving time..sbi ko..willing to wait..after 15 mins lumabas na order ko na milk tea pero ung snacks wala..to follow na lng dw sabi ng crew..after 20 mins wala pa din ung snack so ngtanong na ako sa crew kung ano na status ng order ko na snacks..sagot ng crew binabalot na dw..pero after 30 mins wala pa rin ung order ko..so nagtanong na nmn ako..sbi na nmn ng crew malapit na sir..umabot na ng 40 mins wala pa rin ung order ko so mdjo pagalot ko na tinanong ung kahera..sbi ko san na order ko..biglang lumabas ang supervisor nila at cnbing mghintay dw ako at niluluto pa..pumasok xa sa kitchen at paglabas cnabi sa aki na hndi pa pala naluto ung order ko kc nag stop knina ung lutuan nila..so sabi ko pa cancel na lng ung snack na order ko kung hndi pa naluluto..ung milk tea na lng ang babayaran ko..nagalit ngaun ang supervisor at sinabihan ang kahera na e cancel na lng lahat order at ibalik na lng pera ko..wala akong nagwa umalis na lng ako.. Kinagabihan..bumalik uli ako sa store nila para bumili ulit ng milk tea..biglang gulat ko ng sbihin ng kahera na naka ban dw ako sa store..sabi ko..bkit akonna ban.ano kasalanan ko?sabi ng kahera sa akin..un daw ang order sakanya ng supervisor. Tama ba ung ginawa nila na e ban ako?costumer ako at may pera ako na pambili...

I wish they'd renovate this branch since it's very popular and the only Serenitea in BF, yet the interiors are old. It's become a waiting area for many Grab riders and I wish they were given free drinks for x-number of orders they do in a day or even a week for all their work. Staff are kind, though. I wish they were also given training and resources to promote using reusables like glassware or mugs for...

Even though it could have been a very good visit and place to get milk tea. The time we got there, they had not an ounce of sinkers, as in all out.

How could you run a milktea shop that specializes in sinkers actually run out of sinkers, very disappointing.

If it weren't for the name i'd give this a 1 star. Will change the rating when we visit and they have...
