Terrible Dining experience!!!!!

for Nika and the woman wearing black No compensation, Lack of customer service, Incompetent, Unwaranted delays, Poor Communication, Lack of Empathy for the Customers, unhygenic place(cockroach)

Me and my girlfriend decided to dine here(Thursday June 19,2025)The restaurant was not full at the time. We made an order at around 9pm. We ordered Chicken Nanban, Spicy Karaage, and Salmon Spicy Roll, and 1 extra rice. Our server wrote it down and repeated the order to us then we asked for a hot tea(Nika was the one who got our order). Then we saw a cockroach on the floor. We did not notice the time it was already 9:30 and they havent given us the tea we asked for and no food yet until another server talked to us asking if we already ordered food so we answered yes and nika took our order. Then a staff member wearing allblack talked to us and asked for our order again because our order didnt reach the kitchen. So we told the staff our order and ask for compensation but he just smirked at us. We were told that our order will take 8-10 mins. At 9:37 they served us our food while my girlfriend was checking the food the salmon spicy roll has hair wrapped around it. Then we just told the staff were not gonna eat there anyomore.

We went there at around 6 pm on a Monday night. There were only a handful of us there at first but as the night goes on, more and more people came in. The ambiance was nice, homey, not too busy, not too loud, it was just the right balance for me; spending time with my lovey while still feeling attached to the world around me, and boy was the food great! When we come back, I'm only ordering the Aka ramen. It was so good that although the other dishes were also very tasty, they weren't appealing to me anymore because I was so fixated at my (Aka) ramen! And they offer unli noodles (which we were not able to make use of because we were already so full!) so it's reaaaally really worth the price (and it's not even that expensive, it's affordable!)
