Taters ( BF Homes ) — Restaurant in Parañaque

Today I had an unpleasant experience at your store this afternoon, around 5:20 PM. I came to purchase White Cheddar Popcorn — 1 Party Size and 1 Family Size. Your staff member asked me to wait and informed me that she would wave once the popcorn was ready. While I was waiting in my car, another female customer arrived and ordered two bags of popcorn as well.

To my surprise and disappointment, your staff handed the popcorn to the newer customer first, completely disregarding the fact that I had arrived earlier and was already waiting. I immediately approached your staff to remind her that it should be a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Instead of addressing the issue, she ignored my initial comment.

I repeated my concern again, stating that I’ve been a regular customer (I buy popcorn from your store 3–4 times a week) for over two years and have never experienced this kind of unfair treatment from any of your other staff members. To my dismay, her response was, “Marami po kasi sa inyo,” which I found unprofessional and dismissive.

Regardless of the volume of my order (2 packs lang) or any other factors, the fact remains that both the other customer and I purchased the same item — popcorn — and I was there first. This behavior is not only unfair but also shows a lack of customer service and consideration.

I believe the staff member's name was Allysa or started with the letter “A,” though I’m not entirely sure.

As a loyal customer I expect to be treated with fairness. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen again — not to me, and not to any...

Our go to place for all things Theater snacks. Met this place in the cinemas of ATC and since then fell in love. Fish and chips/fries are always good. Popcorn is always fresh. Thankful it can be delivered...
