Cafe Seolhwa — Restaurant in Parañaque

The place is always welcoming and conducive to conversations. As much as one would like to enjoy the Korean atmosphere, maybe the choice of music can go back to K-pop instead of OPM as it doesn't really suit the ambience. The place is kept clean and smelling good as well.

The spiciness level of their rabokki is just right and manageable. Taste, texture and flavor is consistent everytime we order it. Still very good and enjoyable each time. We love ordering the Mango Bingsu, and have noticed its improvement. Mangos used are sweeter now; and the compote used is not as artificial as before. However, the flavor of the shaved ice has remarkably changed --- not as sweet and milky as it used to be. We look forward to more improvements.

We usually come here for the Bingsu. I think it’s okay, but a bit expensive compared to other Bingsu places. Still, you’ll get a good overall food experience. We ordered the Mango and Chocolate Mango was good, but I didn’t like it with the cheesecake. They’re open until late, so it’s also a nice spot to hang out...

They have a problem with giving change to customers. I’ve gone two times where the cashier claimed he’d bring me my change to my table—and it never happened in either occasion.
