It's disheartening when there is an intention to support small businesses, but when you do, they disappointingly can not deliver.

Parking - there is a maximum of five slots for a restaurant with a bigger capacity. One group will surely fill this up. Serve Time - we reserved a group of 13 for 1230PM. Pre-order provided with requested serve time. Each food item came out every 15-20 minutes. Despite the wait, food was still served cold and subpar. The yakitori set was badly cold. Grilled items served cold will definitely turn dry and unsatisfactory. The agemono set cooked in rush were mostly undercooked. Batter were still runny and undercooked. The nigiri set, which was less than 20 pieces, came out more than an hour later and served at the latter part of our meal! The sukiyaki was served when we were already done with our meal. Again, subpar in quality and too sweet for everyone's liking. Atmosphere - the private room we were booked was warm. Needless to say, making the meal experience less enjoyable.

This birthday celebration was one of our least favorite. As much as we would like to continue supporting this small business, I think they should revisit their game plan for multiple...

Food nothing special not that good either for the price you can choose other Japanese resto instead of this place. Sashimi platter is not even enjoyable.

Service not good at all, judgmental staffs with an attitude, kept looking and judging us while we are catching up with an old business partner I think they are thinking too much because we are eating with a foreigner and we are both female🤣. WAITING FOR THE FOOD WAS A DISASTER, WE COMPLAIN ABOUT WHY THE OTHER TABLE WHO JUST ARRIVED GOT THEIR EBI TEMPURA FIRST WHEN IN FACT WE ORDERED 15 or 25MINS AHEAD OF THEM THEN WHEN WE COMPLAIN THE STAFF JUST BRUSHED US OFF AND WHEN WE FOLLOWED UP SHE SAID THEY GOT THEIR ORDER FIRST BECAUSE THEY ONLY ORDERED 4PCS. AND WE ORDERED 8PCS., LIKE WTH? WHAT KIND OF REASON IS THAT🤦🏻‍♂️

Atmosphere is not good as well too much flies roaming around, the table and...

Loved their Grilled Mackerel (Saba Shioyaki)

It was my second time here. The first time I tried their mackerel because it is healthy. The second time was because I liked it. It was as delicious as I tried it again this time. It was juicy and flavorful. It could be my favorite item on their menu. But their other dishes were good too. This could be one of my go-to Japanese restaurants in the South.

The place also changed since the first time I went here. It improved a lot. It felt more like Japan inside. We could now watch the chef prepare sushi. The tables and chair seemed similar to what I remember. While their rest room is modernized similar to Japan. It is also well maintained.

The experience was as fabalous as I remember. It is worth it to come...

Photos don't do justice on how tasty all the food was! We ordered yakiniku bento, spicy salmon sashimi, tonkatsu curry, japanese shabu shabu, gyoza, ran a bill of almost Php3,000 for 5 people, and it was STILL worth every peso spent. Restaurant is clean, ambience is true to being Japanese (minimalist, pretty quiet background music) and the owner is there to greet people as they come and go. Highly recommended, just be sure to bring all the money you have. Everything was amazing.

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants that I know. They have a variety of Japanese food like yakiniku, ramen, katsu, sushi, etc. I have not tried all their food but all that we've ordered tasted great. The place is simple, spacious and of course, Japanese-inspired. It is family-friendly but if you go solo, there is also a bar for you. Price is moderate compared to other Japanese restaurants. On the other hand, their bathrooms are also clean and surprisingly smell good
