The place is too dirty the tables aren't clean very well so as the floor. My daughter wanted to eat burger steak thats why we still ate here before my flight. But guess what? The burger patties were hard as if it's an old stock! The spaghetti has no much sauce and we needed to pay extra so they will add sauce. Not only they have poor food and dirty place they also have very poor customer service. They spilled drinks on our first order so we have to wipe the container ourselves -right infront of the crew she didnt help my mom at all! When i wanted to take away the food of my mom since she wasnt very happy they didn't give us a proper take away packaging, but instead, this RENZEL gave a biggest Paper bag for a spaghetti. So rude of this staff knowing my mom is a senior citizen. This will not end here, i have to write jollibee philippines for this incident. Such a shame for this branch and knowing they are located at the...
Read moreI don't normally post not so nice reviews but this Jollibee branch is insane. First thing i noticed, there area no decent tables to eat on. They should have a TAKEOUT or DINE STANDING sign somewhere. The chairs are like waiting bench, you have to eat your favorite chicken joy on your lap. The extra tall tables were not designed like a bar with high chairs. Yes, you need to eat standing if you can't eat without a table. And to make things worst, the air-conditioning is as hot as hell. You can see ate making pamaypay out of a cardboard. Who would want to eat when everyone around us sweating, kids, elders, everyone. Ugh! Well, we ended up eating still out of no choice. I suggest you eat somewhere or take your food in the car while at the parking, that's a lot more...
Read moreI must say, this Jollibee is different from most of its branches. The way they cook the food is better than malls. It's rushed yes but still has that high quality standard.
In most branches, their mashed potato is dry in texture and lacks taste. But here in NAIA Terminal branch, the mashed potato is firm and leaves a buttery aftertaste. Just like it is originally advertised.
The chicken joy is definitely crunchy and juicy! Not crisp and dry.
And lastly, there's just something about that Jollibee. Because technically, it's literally the first food that will greet you once you arrive in Philippines and it's the last fast food chain you'll be eating in with your loved ones before...
