food ordered: 1)Makan Tinapa Empanada = pure excellence, uncomparably good 2)House Bagnet = perfect level of crispiness, needs abit more salt on the meat, close to perfection 3,)PorkSisig = the perfect sisig has grilled face, ears, liver but this one was good, chef seasoned it well. 4)Fish Bistek = preparation and taste is ok, raise the sourness level,descale, make this boneless and you have a winner 5)Binagoonagan Bagnet with Talong = perfection 6)Beef Kaldereta = meat tenderness is perfect, needs more depth on the flavor, sourness needs abit more balance. 7)Chicken Inasal = meat was marinated very well as the sourness amd seasoning is all the way to the bone. this shows the excellent level of preparation. I have only one thing to make known, that this small kitchen as it is called by other reviewers, in my opinion is one BIG tasty eatery. Flying back to Canada in a couple of days. We (3) have been staying at Acheivers where this pearl is hidden, having breakfast and coming back late and full, never giving the evening eatables a chance.
