CK AIRPORT ROAD — Restaurant in Parañaque

Tried to place an order online on their website today at 4:36pm. It says 30-45mins it shall be delivered. But it's been an hour but I don't have the food I ordered. Tried to message the store thru their app 2x to follow up coz I'm seeing that my order hasn't been prepared yet. Been monitoring my order on their website but I didn't get any response. So I tried to call and message the actual store/branch in Airport Rd. Someone replied and said he/she will check. Then that's the only time I saw that my order is in the kitchen. Past an hour already. Now as of this writing I have not received my food yet. What kind of service is this Chowking? It's 5:53 now...

Food is great and served on time. How I wish Chowking would bring back their almond jelly which was a popular dessert in their '90s & 2000's menu. Service by the restaurant's team is good. You can enjoy the busy view outside as you dine in. Clean comfort rooms and handwashing area are available. Be careful in crossing the Quirino-Airport Road intersection in this side of Baclaran where this Chowking branch is located and presently occupying the old Philtrust building and right across its sister fastfood chain under Jollibee corporation,...

I'll just give this establishment a 3 star, the Reasons: -Some of their employee's (mostly girls) are not friendly. -For the third time i visited here, they always put half of a chowfan in pagoda box when you ordered take-out. -The other meals are lacking of ingredients like Sweet & Sour Pork.
