Staffs- seems like they're not happy whenever you’re asking for something, the staff wont look to you which is very funny so you really have to call their attention. This is very disappointed. This is my fist time I encountered this kind of staffs because other samG staffs are accommodating and friendly and they will be the one asking if you need something like water, asking for additional order, etc.

Food- not that good. specifically the japchae taste bland and pale. they also serve us the japchae Cold. Fresh from their ref. This will give you a hint that it is not newly cooked. The amount of side dish is horrible, imagine we're 4 in a group and just sharing to 4 or 5 (literally) side dishes. They don't even have fishcake during that time.

Place- the place is smokey because the tube-like thing is not working properly. It will take some time to cook the meat because the charcoal that they're using...

During our visit, we found that the experience was not value for money. The charcoal was very weak, and the food took a long time to cook. We were not informed that the kimchi was limited, and it was out of stock after a few requests (note that we visited the restaurant around 4 PM). Only one choice of chicken was available. Servers and staff were often not around during our stay, and I had to get up from my seat to look for them outside or to ask for additional orders.

We dined as a group of four, and every serving was not appropriate for our number. The staff were not accommodating at all.

I am providing this feedback because I used to love going to this branch, but now I am very disappointed and will not...

We came around 10 pm and the staff was about to close early as there wasn’t any customers. However they happily accommodated us and served us with full enthusiasm. Although chicken dishes were not available pork and beef dishes were served to us to barbecue. The ice tea was refreshing and the side dishes were delicious. One member of their staff also helped us to cook some of the dishes as we were struggling with the huge amount of dishes. The food was delicious and we left quite satisfied. I highly recommend this place if u want a budget friendly barbecue restaurant. Just make sure u go a bit earlier so u don’t have to rush cooking fast towards closing time...
