I recently visited your Angels Pizza C. Raymundo Branch, and ordered a combo meal and double deal for takeout. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant delay as it took 49minutes to prepare my order.

While I understand that busy periods can cause delays, a wait time of this length for a takeout order is disappointing. I believe there’s an opportunity to improve the preparation process or provide updates to customers during such delays.

I enjoy your food, but I hope steps can be taken to enhance the overall service experience.

Poor service! I ordered pizza for delivery yesterday at 6 p.m. and have been calling their number since 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., but no one has answered. I have no choice but to visit their store because it's past 9 p.m. already, and the pizza has not been delivered! It turns out my order was done preparing, and there is no driver available to deliver it. It is already paid. Angels Pizza should not offer delivery if they don't have enough delivery drivers. I paid for the delivery fee, yet when I went there to pick it up, they didn't even refund the delivery fee...

I ordered for take out and My first choice is buffalo wings and medium size pizza only ,. So ive changed my mind because the cashier told me that i will have a drinks free for their sana ol jowa combo ,. But i noticed when i came home my orders is incomplete ., im so tired in my work so i dont bothered to came to their store to get my missing order.,can you pls train all your staff to double check their customers order before they serve it ., How can i get my missing order ?!??? My penny doesnt worth it for this ,. Im so...
