Bánh Mì Kitchen Cà Phê - SM Center Pasig — Restaurant in Pasig

I’ve always ordered Vietnamese coffee from Bánh Mì Kitchen, and after the pandemic, this was my first time buying it again. I actually forgot my go-to order since I always asked for their best seller as my favorite. The staff recommended their House Blend Vietnamese Coffee, so I ordered a large because I missed it.

Unfortunately, it didn’t taste like what I remembered. Maybe I should try their other coffee options. The one I recall had just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess.

Might be the slowest service in metro Manila. The staff appear to be trained to take as long as possible to complete an order all the while doing unrelated things and listening to music. Today I waited at the counter to order while the employee lumbered around aimlessly. Next to me was an elderly couple waiting for their food. I got tired of waiting to order so walked around the mall for 20 minutes. When I returned, the couple was still waiting for their food. For honestbee delivery- Order arrived in 45mins vs the committed 70-80mins. That was cool!

We had 3 variants of the sandwiches, the milk tea and the viet iced coffee. Tasted authentic! The sandwiches were tasty, juicy with a crunchy bun. I appreciate that the hoisin sauce + mayo combo was better than what I could have done at home.
