Chowking Shell C5 Julia Vargas — Restaurant in Pasig

I placed an order thru Foodpanda app for some Chowking items 12:20pm. Little did I know, that the delivery will be passed on to Chowking. Have I known this beforehand, I shouldn't have ordered. I only saw it AFTER the order has been placed. EDT 1:36pm! I should have been notified before placing the order since I hate cancelling orders. Well, I thought 1 hour would be reasonable enough to wait. Then at 1:20pm Chowking called me that my order will be delayed since they don't have an available rider! Ultimately, my order was delivered late ~1:46pm, items almost cold (iced tea ice melted, wonton soup luke warm, and the food almost cold). What a perfect combination. Good job FoodPanda and Chowking. Good day!! I'm regular customer on this branch!! Bago ako pumasok sa office always routine na dito ako mag breakfast!! I'm very dissapoint today sa naka duty na manager!!! nanghingi lang ako ng additional toyo, dahil hindi nako nag pa serve ng any sauce sa order namen. Sinabihan ko yung cashier na wag iserve yung sauce ng order namin na kung pwede palitan nalang toyo!!
