Jollibee — Restaurant in Pasig

This store has poor customer service. I live in Sapphire Road in Ortigas which is very near their store. They refuse to deliver at my house because according to the manager in duty, "Dalawa (na meal) lang tapos ang layo layo." I only called their store because the store near me is closed for renovation and the other one in St. Francis does not have Jolly Hotdog. I hope the owner of this store knows how lazy his staff is that they are willing to lose customer, just because, I'm still not sure of the reason why. I don't think it's because it's far, ang lapit lang naman namin. I really can't think of a reason aside from being lazy. Akala ko pa naman they go above and beyod for their customers. So...

We always chose to eat on Jollibee during my lunch at work since its near but our experience here is always terrible. Cashier always looks angry and will just asked you "Anong sayo?" Its really a bad experience. Also I ask them to have my Jolly fries to be a newly up but they gave me a burn one. Chicken so hard to chew. Its really a bad experience. Tried to gave them a chance but it keeps on happening and I can't take it anymore. Please train your cashier...
