We recently attended a Jollibee Kiddy Party, and overall, it was a fun and memorable experience for the kids and the adults alike. Here’s a breakdown of my thoughts.
The food lived up to Jollibee's classic standards. The spaghetti, chicken, and burgers were delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The servings were generous, and the kids especially loved their meals. However, a bit more variety in the menu for adult guests would have been a nice touch.
The service was decent but could use some improvement. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were delays in serving the food, and some minor requests took a while to be addressed. Despite this, they did their best to keep the party running smoothly, and their effort was appreciated.
The party atmosphere was vibrant and cheerful, perfect for a kiddy celebration. The decorations were colorful, and the kids loved seeing Jollibee make an appearance. The space was a bit cramped, but the lively energy and the kids’ laughter made up for it.

Read moreThis branch needs improvement! I ordered chicken fillet via drive thru and was told waiting time is 5 minutes. I want to try this new offering so I don't mind waiting and just paid. At the pick-up, I was told to wait for 10 minutes (not 5 minutes) at the side of the drive way (not in the waiting area dedicated for drive thru). It was ok for me as its just a few minutes. However, I was already waiting for 20+ minutes at the drive way (which I'm not comfortable to be at as my car is blocking one lane of the drive way). So I decided to go inside the store and there was my order sitting on the side and I'm not sure how long it was there. I told the manager about this but didn't received any apology or even an explanation. I even showed the invoice which is actually useless as it was not readable but didn't get any feedback about it (printer has literally no ink and I was just given an almost blank piece of paper). Read moreWe ordered thru drive thru, 2 palabok with chix and french fries and we waited 30 min to get our order. We had a sched meeting that night hoping that we would get our order soonest.
Unfortunately, we were not advised that it will take us long. The order taker also got our money and said we will get our change when we receive our order.
Had we been informed way ahead, we would have not pushed thru with our order as we were in a hurry to get home for an online meeting. There were about 3 to 4 vehicles ahead of us also waiting for their orders.
We hope that Jollibee should be transparent on how long before customers would get their order. And make their customer decide whether they wish to wait or not. We do understand difficulties during the pandemic. But Jollibee should not do this to us by taking our order and money and then make us park and wait for so long until they give us their service.
