If I can give 0 stars,I would, it took me 30 minutes before reaching the counter where I get to order. One of the crew,took my order as an advanced order with the list given to me. When I finally reach the cashier,a greeting was said and the next word was "not available po ang fries namin ngayon ma'am. Like what?bakit may pa advance order and list pa kayo if hindi pala available ang food, you guys should work out your communication. The most epic thing is that 1 of the managers was just right behind the cashier without uttering any word,she was just staring at me. Is that how you treat your customers?what if I'm 1 of those customers who creates a scene and freak out inside your branch. I have already tried booking food delivery from other jollibee stores and ordering to another store and all of it i was and my company was satisfied with the customer service,but this one is the worst. You must learn how dispose your waste properly. Outside your store, you leave your garbages in a post near the road every night; foul stench to reeks whenever someone passes that way even in the broad day light! Hindi niyo man lang malinisan yung tinambakan niyo!

this is the worst jollibee I've been to. lines are very long because of slow crews. I had ordered take out twice before and the problem is they will give you your order that's already on a paper bag only to find out that something is still missing once you reach home. And they have this crew at the counter named RIO, omg, worst crew ever. I ordered chicken and palabok and asked her that the chicken should be leg part not rib or breast 'cause we dont eat white meat and I even asked her before i left if its leg part she even smiled and said "order is complete".
