Forget coming here. The place is in nice . But always has horrible experience with the receptionist at the desk, seems like they cannot understand instructions. Told one of them I would like to extend our stay for another three nights, and the next day got a telephone call asking me if what time our flight. Flight???! I reminded that I extended my stay ! And most of the bad experience was with the housekeeping letting you wait for HOURS until you tell them AGAIN that they did not clean the room! Keep asking at the desk what's up and would just say Sir I'll tell the housekeeping. Very frustrating that we begun to ask ther guests about this problem and they had the same too. We don't know if it's their policy not to clean rooms everyday to save money or just really couldn't understand simple instructions. I mean what's the MANAGER is doing or the OWNER of this hotel. Bad for the business. So I suggest forget coming here and stay with other hotels. And looks like the receptionists are scumbags. We just made the reservation by calling them and they charge us 3000 per night. I didn't notice the price was too high or not the same price as they give us over a month ago until my gf told me about it. So we double checked and found out that they overcharge us with our room! I right away asked them why and says that they will check . I don't know what's up with this hotel. There's no way that the manager or the owner do not know what's happening unless he doesn't care if there's something going on with the staff stealing and cheating...

The place is set back from the main road which is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi was good. I had mango for breakfast every morning. They were very good. ||The decoration was a bit kitsch. I stayed in two different rooms and one definitely needed more updating than the second. Basic thing like broken light bulb (1 of 2 in the ceiling) should have been noticed before any guest checked in. ||The only complaint I have has to do with the tours they “sold” me after I booked. The sales manager sent me an email with different tour names and no description or explanation. I researched them and decided to book 2 tours back to back with the hotel since I wanted to pay by credit card on the hotel bill so I didn’t have to carry so much cash. ||I got there late and the tour was for 7am pick up the following morning. The receptionist had no record of any tours I booked. The sales manager never booked the tours even though I received an email telling me all the tours were confirmed. Luckily, the receptionist could book the tours for me at 11pm. The whole thing created stress I didn’t need at the beginning of a vacation. ||Then i was presented with the bill for the tours for cash payment. I asked what the other people on the tour paid and I was charged a 25% premium. I told the hotel for that premium, they could take the payment in credit card. Not a big big deal....

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The rooms are spacious. There is room for kids to run and play. The massage area is great and easy. However, this place is pretty run down and dangerous. You cannot leave broken porcelain around—not safe. I cut my foot walking around and again inside the pool. The rooms could use some maintenance as well. My second biggest complaint is the pornographic images. It is one thing to have a statue, it is quite another to post a sign with real naked women, even if censored somewhat. This is very inappropriate, and I don’t think I would ever return for this reason. You do not pull something like this when you are a family hotel with family rooms and bunk beds. Breakfast was good, lunch was not.

Absolutely must stay hotel in Puerto Princesa. The staff people are charming, to say the least. They will literally bend over backward without being asked to assist you. The location is perfect, only a 7-minute drive from the airport and 6 minutes to the nearest mall. There are 24 hour stores steps away from the place. The rooms are much larger than usual for the Philippines and very nicely decorated. The pool is a welcome addition on those hot nights. The staff absolutely makes this place a must stay. The front desk ladies are charming.

Love this place and will definitely book this again. I was amazed that the place is so awesome and cozy despite having a very affordable price rate. The staffs were all very nice throughout our stay. The ambiance is very relaxing, it has a nice pool and the place is very quiet. They have a mini bar and restaurant inside which is very instagramable as well🙂 This hotel exceeded my expectations. Superb and kudos to the staff and their management.
