McDonald's Palawan Junction — Restaurant in Puerto Princesa

Got there to inquire status of my redeemed voucher from Caltex Rewards. Accidentally tapped "marked as used" while on practice to redeem rewards. Thought I lost 15k in 1 voucher. Tried hard to regain voucher code online but constantly rejected. System says "voucher used up". Instead of loosing a bucket of dozen whole chicken nuggets, i decided to show up shop and asked to reclaim my bucket of dozen whole chicken nuggets. Gladly staff were very gracious and seriously accommodating. Eventually I decided to forgo to redeem the bucket of dozen whole chicken nuggets. The combined Aromatic smell of cooking oil, fried chicken skin, expensive perfumes and, you know what... shampoo!?! ... is enough to convince me that a bucket of dozen whole chicken nugget can wait for...

Your average McDonalds. The place looks nice and the theme inside looks great. They have built in aircons and they have curtains that can be pulled down to cover up for some privacy or if it's too hot outside. The staff are quite friendly and they serve the food fast and hot. They have a drive thru available 24/7 and the staff operating are friendly and serves your food quick. I love how they have different varieties of seats from round and cushiony to flat and smooth. The prices are average and cheap, not too expensive and it's sometimes mostly traffic in these parts during 5 : 00 - 9 : 00 pm. Good place to eat if you have an empty...

The manager of this Mc Donalds should be replaced ASAP. Every single time nothing is available, no big mac, no quarter pounder, no Coke regular, no spicy mac nuggets. It just goes on and on and on every single day. All this stuff is preservable for months, how come you run out all the time? I run a restaurant on Palawan myself, not even in the city but in the middle of the jungle, we’ve never ran out of anything. Go do your job, please! It’s insane how incompetent this place is ran.
