Banapple Katipunan Too — Restaurant in Quezon City

Throughout my university years, Banapple was just the place to go to when we have special occasions. And that was when they only had one branch, the sunken one along Katipunan extension. There was a time they were causing traffic on both sides. That's I guess when bannapple peaked in popularity.

My mom got hooked to this place literally. To her, it was that establishment that you can order anything and feel happy about it. For rice, there's the Hickory ribs. For pasta, there's the sausage trio. For dessert, that's the banoffee and apple pie.

While menu stayed topnotch, I guess they're now at that point in a product lifecycle that they have to take a different approach or reintroduce new stuff. Hope they stick around for a while! Lots of...

We ate lunch here before going to Arete Hall in Ateneo. There is free parking in front of the restaurant. I appreciated that there is staff in front to offer an umbrella just because it was too hot outside. The extra service improves my experience in this restaurant. There are tables on the ground floor, but the main dining area is on the second floor. For seniors or PWD guests, this gives them access to dine comfortably.

The food is great and so as the service.. im just quite bothered with how your staff approached customers from lgbtq community.. one of the customers who really dressed up like a woman and looked like a woman was called by "sir" several times especially when your staff was asking about her order.. i just really feel for the person which for me was so embarassing.. i just hope that your staffs should be trained to be corteous and sensitive enough particularly in hadling clients like them.. they deserves to be treated the way they should be.. hoping this matter will caught the attention of the management of banapple and do something about it.. fyi the said incident happened on 09/25/2018 at...
