On the high side, If you're looking for a fusion of Singaporean or Malaysian inspired quick bites such as Kaya toasts, coffee crusted buns, soft boiled eggs and bitter drip of roasted coffee with a mix of condenensed milk. Kopi Roti is a place to consider. They also have frappes and iced drinks, tea, barley drinks, dimsum noodles and burgers. The dining area is quiet and suitable for families with kids or couples on a quick date. There is ample parking space around its corner and an alfresco dining option.

On the low side, it's a bit pricey for the serving size. A couple of small soft boiled eggs, kopi bun and an order of dimsum (4 pc small siomai/dumplings) will set you back around 250 pesos ($5.00++) at that price point it's at par with mid range heavy lunch gourmet menu with other establishments. Another low would be its inaccessibility to customers without cars.

However, we're talking about Kopi Roti, it has a unique and good taste (yhat Calico Coffee bean roast makes a big difference) and hasn't changed for decade or so, and has good appeal for a niche dining market and regulars who have been a fan...

I buy coffee ice with fresh milk, kaya bread and barley ice. The ice coffee is very satisfying. It's delicious, the coffee is quite strong, the milk is tasty and not too sweet. The kaya bread is toasted. It's stuffed with Kaya spread and cheese. Kaya is jam that contains coconut milk, eggs and sugar. The barley ice is flat. This is the first time I taste barley ice, and taste like fermented sticky rice, but less sweet. Actually I expect Irish cream barley...hehehe. it has 3 space, 2 rooms in aircon and 1 outside. The other one is at the second floor. I have not yet had a chance for heavy meals, but during my visit, many families enjoy their main courses. Should return to try their main...

One of the oldest branches opened. Quite dissaponting since tea with milk tastes like no milk here, you need to purhase an additional.

Teh and kopi is served in paper cup than the regular mug. 😑

Place is clean but can be cleaner

Parking is limited but you can park at the side of the road.

Service crew is abit cold to talk to and you cant feel they care. Just following standard protocol on how to answer clients.

Kopi bun and other the other is good but not warm.

Dissapointed since i am comparing them with kopi roti Timog. Timog is better even is place...
