Ordered Kaya Foam (coffee) and chicken burger. It was a pleasant surprise that the coffee comes with a flavor note, it's like getting to know the drink you're having. A fun experience! I love the presentation and mix of the coffee itself. It's unique and tastes great, i can taste the pandan and it goes well with the coffee. The chicken burger is so good! I'm supposed to half it with my partner but I ate almost everything and surprisingly left only around 1/8th! Lol! I love deconstructing the burger whenever i have a burger. The bun is a quality bun and it goes well with the meat and sauce. Doesn't have the starchy bread texture and you can actually eat it as its own because it's that good! The chicken is tasty and not bland, crunchy and juicy. The vegetable on the burger is not the typical lettuce, i think it's rare.

I used my grab application to use the dine-out feature. After placing my order I noticed they used Grab App prices.. which is unusual since other major chains use their in-store prices.

After receiving 10% discount on the app and paying via the app it showed a discrepancy on the receipt of Bennys. The cashier told me to pay the difference.

In short, I paid more using the dine-out feature of Grab and would've been cheaper if I didn't use the feature at all.

The cashiers are somewhat confused and no manager in sight. This should be raised with their management..

Customer service was also an issue and their staff seem to be untrained when it comes to solving simple issues.

Tried their grilled cheese sandwich and wow… it was super oily, like it had been drenched in butter. I actually remembered seeing a review before that mentioned the same thing, and sadly, I have to agree—they haven’t really improved on that part, which is kind of disappointing.

But on the flip side, the coffee and waffle totally saved the experience. The waffle especially surprised me—it had this nice crunchy texture that’s not something I usually get, and it went so well with the coffee. Plus, the staff were really warm and accommodating, which made the visit much nicer overall.

If only they could tone down the butter on their savory items, I’d be way more excited to come back, because they’ve definitely got the vibe and the...
