"Hoy Panga" is a restaurant along C5 Road, cor. T. Castro St., near E. Rodriguez Hospital.
It is a small restaurant specializing in tuna meat cuisine. Beside Hoy Panga is a "Kanin Baboy" where they sell packed lechons in the counter.
Tuna Salpicao, though oleaginous, is delicious. It is best to eat with rice, and they have unlimited rice and soup meal as well.
Please note that they impose 5% service charge for every meal.
Parking is limited. Since the restaurant is facing the C5 Southbound, exercise some caution since it is an accident prone area to collision by fast-moving vehicles.

Their food usually comes about 15 minutes or else and expect it to be warm and fresh from being cooked/heated. We usually order the large panga and sinigang which is enough for a family of 5. The only problem here is their bathroom which is not really the best smelling, arranged, and managed. It is well equipped with toilet paper, soap, and a bidet; but the smell is just not tolerable at all. I hope they can fix this soon.
