I’m writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience at your location. I’ve always enjoyed visiting your restaurant, as it’s conveniently located near my home, but unfortunately, my latest visit left me quite disappointed due to the behavior of one of your staff members, Sarah.
To start, I was seated near the counter so I could easily hear my number being called when my order was ready. However, it was taking longer than expected, and as I looked up, I noticed my tray sitting on the counter without my number being called. When I approached to ask if it was for my order, Sarah didn’t seem to know the answer and instead asked if it was the mushroom burger. I showed her my number, and only then did she call it out loud, indicating she hadn’t properly checked. There were only three customers in the restaurant at the time, so this should have been easily manageable.
I also had an issue with a drink order. During my original order, I specifically requested a drink, but when I received my meal, the wrong drink was provided. While it was a minor mistake that I could have let slide, the real issue was Sarah’s demeanor throughout the interaction. She seemed unprofessional and hostile, particularly when I asked to replace the drink. I had requested a Coke Zero but received root beer instead. While I can understand a mix-up, the way she acted was uncalled for.
I should also note that the woman who initially took my order seemed newer, but she was friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, Sarah’s behavior overshadowed that positive interaction. Even when I ordered takeout for my wife after finishing my meal, Sarah’s attitude remained cold and unwelcoming.
As this location is our go-to spot for quick meals, especially since we live nearby, this experience was a significant disappointment. I’ll need to think twice before returning, as the overall hostility and lack of professionalism left a bad impression.

Read moreI just had an unpleasant dine-in dinner experience tonight particularly with your cashier/crew member Joy. At first my pregnant wife was asking if the bk Joe frost is still available and she was having trouble hearing her. I'm not sure if it was the music that was playing in the background or it was the headset that she was wearing or if she really has poor hearing capability.
We ordered 1 xtra long chicken sandwich jr meal with medium onion rings and medium iced French vanilla coffee, 1 xtra long chicken sandwich meal with LARGE hash bites and medium iced mocha. Joy did not issue us a receipt so we don't know if she got our order right and she didn't repeat our order to confirm.
Our food arrived but the hash bites was only medium instead of large then I approached and asked one of the crew members just to confirm if the hash bites that I got was large or medium but the other crew member confirmed that I was medium. The crew member then asked for me to wait for the large hash bites at our table and to pay for the additional. It was a no big deal for me and I just let it slide.
After 15-20 minutes of waiting for the large hash bites we were then approached by Joy the cashier but there was no large hash bites with her. She then insisted and said "na wala talaga kaming sinabi or inorder na large hash bites at hindi siya nagkamali ng punch" being rude and giving us an attitude. I asked for how much we're going to pay for the additional but she did not say anything, she just said that they'll deliver it to us then walks away without saying how much it was and without giving us estimates how long we're gonna have to wait.

Was told to wait for our order by the yellow markings. 3 cars from the drive thru were served while we sat, still waiting. Called the attention of the guard and he followed up our meal for us. About waiting 20 mins, a female staff went to us empty handed, saying they ran out of the spicy chicken king bun, asking if they could use the regular burger bun instead. I said yes, thinking this was an easy fix and we would soon be on our way. After another 10 mins of waiting still, my sister went inside the store to follow up again. Apparently, they forgot to make our orders. One staff even had the gall to make the excuse that she thought we had already been served. Wow! Really??? They quickly made our orders while my sister chastised them. No one could look at my sister and not a single one of the crew even bothered to say sorry. Only time anyone apologized was when the girl brought our order to the car. But we were too tired and too angry, having to wait for more than half an hour for our order.
