I don't eat pork and having to know that they serve chicken ramen was really a marvel!!! So I ordered from Foodpanda immediately. I was really excited when the food came so I immediately dug in.
While sipping the soup , I tasted something peculiar. THERE WAS PORK!!! OMG, it really made me so upset. Where on earth will you find a CHICKEN RAMEN WITH PORK TOPPINGS!!!???? So I phoned the guy responsible. He was so gracious. I told him that you can keep the money. I don't care about it. Although he doesn't seem to be willing to extend any compensation. I suggested to make sure that their FoodPanda listing to be more descriptive to avoid misconceptions. I made up my mind to let it pass and do nothing until I feel something strange in my guts.
Now, I feel a little odd because of the pork consumption I had from yesterday. Took some pills to quell my guts. I wrote this comment so the restaurant could be more cautious. How about there's a Muslim or a Jew, or anyone with allergies to PORK who mistakenly order this CHICKEN RAMEN??? That could be a disaster.

Read moreThe vibe is a bit lonely downstairs 😔 I don't know why. Food was great and reasonably priced. Tantamen was great but the miso was awful, I'm sorry. When the waiter was taking our order, when I said miso he asked if we had peanut allergies, I said no. But at the back of my mind "why is he asking for peanut allergies if my order was miso ramen?" And then here comes the food, miso didn't taste like miso, it has coconut milk and peanuts. Why? Spiciness was great though, I just don't understand why peanuts? Twas my first time ordering miso ramen that doesn't taste like miso. One more thing, Chicken karaage wasn't karaage😂 it was like ordinary fried chicken with mayo dip, as in mayo straight from the jar😂. Gyoza wasn't fried well also I don't know if they're rushed but gyoza wasn't crispy. Btw, my first...
Read moreHapon Ramen House is located at Maginhawa Street, Quezon City. This is a very famous street for foodies. This particular restaurant offers ramen in various flavors. They have miso, spicy miso, curry, spicy curry, and another flavor that I can't remember. They also have gyoza (japanese dumplings), karaage, and many more. They also have offerings of different drinks as well as service water. The place is cozy and quiet. They have a second floor. And there are a number of chairs and tables that can accommodate large groups like ourselves (We were seven). We liked the spicy curry but not the miso so much. It is not an authentic Japanese experience but it is...
