Why is there a need to mention my disability? I am offended. You were replying here at 2am in the morning and told me to contact you that’s why I called that time, but no one answered. I never mentioned being served only 2 trays, what I’m saying is that we were not served enough portions. We were a group of 8, the serving should be relative to that. Since you viewed the cctv, you probably saw the cockroach incident and the time we were denied an order. Perhaps when we approached the counter too. I wish you’d focus on how to improve your establishment instead of attacking customers who were disappointed by it.

I provided honest feedback. We were greatly disappointed by the service. We sat down with a bug, waited long for incomplete orders to arrive, and even denied an order. If you were there for 12 hours, why are you only aware of this now?

Original post: This is the first time I spent 2 hours on a samgyup place unsatisfied and still hungry.

We recently visited and availed the 399 promo, which offers 2-hour unlimited dining. While the atmosphere was lively and the emcee made the evening enjoyable with engaging entertainment and singing, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor customer service.

Upon sitting down, we were greeted by a cockroach on our table, which one of my friends dealt with immediately. The food portions were incredibly small, literally just a bite each, and when we ordered more portions, incomplete orders would arrive at a time, significantly delaying the cooking. There was even a time they left us sitting for so long without cooking or eating anything. The enoki rolls were really good though, but their portions went from 3 an order, to 2, to just 1 each.

After a long waiting game, we tried to place another order which we were denied of because we "only" had 10 minutes left. So we just sat there... not cooking or eating anything for 10 minutes. No one in our group left feeling satisfied or full.

We raised our concerns with the owner, who offered an additional hour, but by then, our mood was already ruined. We left and cooled off somewhere else.

tl;dr: The place is relatively cheaper than other samgyups and the open mic is a great addition to enjoy your time, but the "unlimited dining" felt like eating on a diet.

Yup, we ate at Anongsayo Maginhawa just last Friday for dinner. We asked the lady at the counter if she was the owner and she said yes; she's the same person that offered us the extension. I'm trying to contact you but no...

What we availed is the Unli: - bulgogi - enoki rolls - Samgyupsal - spicy pork - pork jowl - moksal - chicken BBQ * unli lettuce, cheese, and egg Side dishes were good, japchae and kimchi stuff was served when we were close to leaving. Complementary red tea-like juice and water is provided.

Staff is courteous enough to nicely inform that after 2 servings of 2 pcs boneless chicken each, it went out of stock. Good thing pork is still in stock. But, given that it should be on continuous serving setup, it kinda disappoints since my elderly relative doesn't eat beef and not so much of pork as well.

Understandable is the partial self service given the "budget" pricing. Lettuce were clean and fresh too. Pork has too much of fat and was even served with big chunk/piece of fat for one refill.

You'll get tired of asking for more refills and that's what makes the experience a bit 😕 Overall, just right for what you pay for. Filled hungry tummies. But not a repeat go-to place for grill/samgyup. At least...
