Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Quezon City

Came in before 4pm. Still here waiting for our food, actually. Manager's name is Kate. Someone seriously needs to teach her how to smile. She's a customer-facing employee and she does not know what customer service is all about. She served my kids and I unclean plates to begin with. No apologies, she just replaced it and act like it's the most normal thing to happen in their store. While sitting waiting for our food, which I pray had gone through a more tidy and food-worthy standard, I noticed how she interacted with other people and I feel sorry for all of us who had an unpleasant experience with her.
