My second time shopping here and I experienced a not so pleasant customer service and can say that I will not be going back here for a quite some time. I don't know why but 3 of your staff today was clearly not up to give a satisfactory customer service. It was a simple mistake where the cashier thought I brought the shopping back with me and forgot to scan it so upon the exit the lady asked me if I brought the bag with me or not and I responded that I just bought it, I understand that she needs to double check it with the cashier and I am more willingly to pay for the bag if the cashier forgot to scanned it but when the lady got back she didnt take the matter professionally and said to us "you forgot to include it" and walks out??? And after that the cashier lady came and told me that she and the guy there asked me about the bag and when I'm explaining to her that I didnt hear her ask if I am buying the eco bag and telling her what happened earlier she then walks out. And so that's what triggers me, you put the blame on your customer and suddenly walks out? Atleast handle it professionally and stay there until the issue is resolve but instead the cashier thats helping us pay for the eco bag apologize, in a sarcastic manner, where I felt like im not being heard. I am kind to kind people and what I experienced was not kindness. A simple mistake can be resolve with a simple solution but instead ya'll choose to...

Read moreI have been a regular S&R customer for years, spending â±20,000+ per visit and shopping here around four times a month. While I appreciate the selection and bulk deals, the checkout and exit process is frustratingly inefficient.
The checkout lines are already slow, and just when you think youâre done, the staff at the exit take their sweet time inspecting every receipt. Unlike Costco in Canada and the USA, where the process is quick and seamless, here they scrutinize every item as if youâve stolen somethingâeven checking under each of the boxes and accounting for each product in your cart. Even a bottle of shampoo in the exit, theyâll shuffle in your cart when youâre already frustrated and wanting to put the groceries in your car - all frozen items already melted because of unprofessionalism!
In addition, do not get anything done in their tire service area. The man working there was extremely rude and prioritized another customer over me even though I had been waiting at the bay for nearly an hour. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable for a store that claims to value its members.
S&R needs to streamline its processes and retrain its staff to provide the level of service customers deserve. Until then, expect frustration when shopping or using...
