Starbucks Diliman Commercial Center — Restaurant in Quezon City

In between St Peter's church and Shakey's. Closes at 2 in the morning so you can still drive by once the Don Antonio branch has closed at 11pm. No drive thru so it can get a little inconvenient when it's raining. Parking space is shared with other tenants of the building and is free as long as you're a buying customer. Entrance access is thru the building. Nearby establishments are SSS, Ministop, Unionbank, Shakey's, Max's and Lido Cocina. Sundays can get crowded because of the church goers. Airconditioning is adequate. Staff are accommodating but not necessarily friendly. The branch's phone is rarely picked up. Beyond 2am, you still have the option to visit the Mindanao Ave branch until 3am. Nearby branches are in Don Antonio, SM Fairview, Fairview Terraces. The worst starbucks experience i've gone through! Yung star mismo, sya yung typical average starbucks, pero ang nakakatakot dito e yung mga guard ng building where the starbucks is. Nagkaroon kami ng meeting dito, and nagpark ako from 5pm and our meeting ay natapos almost 10:40pm. As i exited sa parking nila and show my parking ticket, i'd been told by the guard sa exit na i have to pay 120 pesos, so medyo nagulat ako dahil sya lang yung starbucks na wala sa mall na naniningil ng parking dahil inaasahan ko na wala or very minimal lang ang parking fee as i am a paying customer ng starbucks kaya ako nag park dun. So when i ask the guard kung bakit parang ang laki ng parking fee, sinagot nya ko ng sarkastikong sagot na "sana di ka nagpark dito kung mahal, e pagpasok mo pa lang siguradong sinabi na sayo nung nasa entrance kung magkano yan" ! Nakakainsulto sa isang valid paying customer. So as the guard say na patakaran nila yun at di ako makakaexit kung hindi bayad, i told the guard sige babayaran ko yan basta may resibo yan ha. Sumagot sya ng oo, pero ang binigay nya sakin e yung kaputol na parking ticket nila. So ang sabi ko karapatan kong humingi ng resibo, na metong details kung kelan at magkano binayaran ko as im assumming na dumidiskarte sa parking si guard. Ang sagot nya , hindi daw sila nagbibigay ng resibo at house rule daw nila yun at dahil nasa loob nila ako so need ko sumunod. Kung gusto ko daw tingnan ko daw logbook na nagbayad ako.
