Subject: Disappointing Experience with KFC Staff

Hello KFC Team,

I’d like to share a disappointing experience we had with your staff at the KFC branch located at Lot 4 Congressional Ave, cor Tandang Sora Ave, Quezon City, on November 12, 2024, around 11 pm to 12 mn.

My partner and I arrived at the branch with a 300 PHP voucher and placed our order on the self-service touchscreen, choosing one bucket of chicken (6 pcs) with three sides and three drinks. We were unaware of any option for dine-in or take-out on the screen.

After some delay due to terminal issues, our order finally came out as dine-in instead of take-out. We approached a crew member named Angelica (Angelica reyes base on receipt), explained the situation, and mentioned we’d selected the wrong option by accident. Rather than helping, Angelica insisted it was our mistake and told us we’d have to pack the order ourselves in the dine-in area, which was dirty and filled with leftover dishes.(check the cctv)

Angelica gave us only a take-out bucket, with no plastic bag provided. I even had to ask separately for one. To top it off, when it came to the drinks, she didn’t offer to help seal them. I had to go back myself and ask them to seal the drinks, as she left us to handle everything on our own.

To give credit where it’s due, the food quality was great, and the portions were generous. But dealing with an unfriendly and unhelpful crew really spoiled our experience.

Very Poor service. I Ordered to go and specifically asked for breast or rib part chicken but after waiting for 20mins I was given thigh part and the lady said because they don't have the part i requested so I told her then she should have told me right away espcially if the guy took my order confirmed it. Then after the discussion, she was able to give me the part i requested in no time and said that the staff just didn't see my request. When i got home, there were missing items like funshots and sundae but my place is too far from them for me to go back and id rather not waste my time but it's best for them to know through the reviews. My mistake is that I should have checked everything before leaving the store but I was already too annoyed with the lady I was talking to...

The place was in good location if you want a place to eat where there's always few people dining, food always comes in fast. Regarding about the food the spaghetti was too salty, the fries didnt even tasted like potato I felt like I was eating a burnt breading or batter mixture, the womens cr was so dirty there was tissues just scattered on the floor, always waiting for a cashier to come. I wish I could also include this but this might be my problem na street people or random children who just comes by to disturb people who are dining are ruining the calm atmosphere of the place! Although the staff were really kind and accomodating I wish they can improve food...
