Starbucks Marcos Highway has given the most incompetent drive thru I had the displeasure of dealing with. The man who took the orders failed to punch in the correct amount of drinks due to a “lack of ice.” Then the cashier had the gall to claim that there was still not enough ice. Miss Janine, working tbe 9:30 shift, explain how come the next car had enough ice? I know because the following car were my family members and they could order as well. I would recommend more training for your crew to avoid this level of incompetence next time. I would wish you good luck, but I will not order from this branch ever again. You incompetent waste of oxygen, I pray you never reproduce to avoid spreading your toxic branded failures into the gene pool. Good day and anyone reading, never order, especially from this “Janine”
