Kuya J SM Masinag — Restaurant in Rizal

I love Kuya J restaurant, had an experienced dining in KUYA J SM CEBU I decided to dine again IN KUYA J SM MASINAG I was very disappointed with the service, waiter and waitress are very slow, leaflets of shake was displayed on the table and as we wanted to order the tall thin waitress told me to check first & get back to me then later on she get back to me telling me not available, second, water overspilling in both glasses that she serve, not hygienic, not accommodating staff, doesn't even bother to smile, the rice that they serve is very cold, seems like it was just taken out of the chiller, the PANCIT CANTON WITH CHICKEN, seems like they're still catching the chicken in the farm and to be followed lol, coz I only find a single small piece of chopped chicken in it, they're ruining the image of the whole KUYA J RESTAURANT. KUYA J RESTAURANT SM MASINAG I am very disappointed dining with u, fast food is better than you. Thanks to the manager who assisted us even though they don't have a good service but still the manager is a kind to me she's a lady. TO THE THIN LADY WAITRESS YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR A JOB THAT IS SUITABLE FOR U NOT SERVING PEOPLE COZ YOU'RE NOT CAPABLE OF DOING. YOU SHOULD LOVE AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR GUEST COZ THEY'RE THE ONE PAYING YOU, WITHOUT THEM YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO HAVE A JOB. SMILE NO MATTER HOW BAD THE DAY IS. I USUALLY GIVE TIP ONCE I DINED IN A RESTAURANT BUT FOR THIS BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD, I DIDN'T BOTHER TO GIVE ANY CENTS! HAVE A NICE DAY

#FYI I was a waitress abroad and I know how take care of my guest and make them happy.

It's honestly the worst Kuya J's Branch I've ever dined in.

The food is good EXCEPT for the PALABOK. The sauce almost tastes like WATER. NO FLAVOR AT ALL and the pasta is soggy as hell. Minor issues about food: the bagoong of kare-kare WAS SERVED AFTER 5 MINS it was served like???You've been serving this dish everyday shouldn't you already memorize it by now?? The Chicken was NOT SLICED, but in fairness they sliced it right away when we requested.

On top of that, the SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR. Kulang sa staffs and super disorganized.

The most disappointing was that they included the "STARTERS": chips, and nuts to our receipt DESPITE NOT RECEIVING ANY OF THIS. Hell we have to ask for water while waiting for our order. They are a very dishonest store.

Anyway, I do not recommend this branch at all. Compare to other branches, this ONE needs major CHANGE OF MANAGMENT,...

So here's my problem writing this review I had an amazing experience in Kuya J Eastwood but here nope it was the total opposite. From being seated to the servers to the food and out absolutely horrible. First the hostess gave us the impression that we were an inconvenience to her, giving us back hand gestures and huffing and puffing like she wants to blow the house down. The servers made us feel like we were begging to be served they gave us a sheet you had to tick your order and then would go back and forth saying that these things aren't available.
