So, I was looking for a place to eat with my family because we were pretty hungry. We were parked near this spot, and even though I was thinking of going somewhere else, I figured, why not give it a try? The food looked pretty good on the menu, so we decided to go for it. There was a bit of a wait—about 20 minutes—so I wasn’t sure if that meant the food was great or if people were just curious like us.
Once we were seated, we ordered the boneless chicken platter so we could try all the flavors. My kids love chicken, so I thought it would be perfect. But when the food arrived, it was kind of disappointing. The breading was way too thick—mostly breading with just a bit of chicken inside. Some of the flavors were okay, but the spicy one was a miss for me. It tasted like they just dumped a bunch of powder on it. Not my thing at all, kinda like junk food.
On the bright side, the unlimited iced tea and Caesar salad were actually pretty good. The service was solid, and the atmosphere wasn’t bad either. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, or maybe it’s just not my taste, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. I’d give it...
Read moreBBQ Chicken is a true gem! We recently dined there, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The food was undeniably the star of the show. Everything we ordered was bursting with flavor – tteokbokki platter! a specific dish you enjoyed. Beyond the delicious food, the atmosphere was perfect for families. It wasn't too noisy, the staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We felt comfortable and relaxed, which is essential when dining out with your love ones. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. We definitely feel we got our money's worth. Overall, it is a highly recommended spot for a family meal. We will absolutely...

Dropped by BBQ Chicken SM Pampanga last June — the place looks great and spacious, but the experience was meh.
We tried the UFO (okay lang, good for sharing), Cheesling Chicken (yum!), Secret Chicken (too sweet for us), and Cheese Dakgalbi (tasted like menudo/kaldereta — not mad, just confused 😂).
Biggest letdown? The service. Staff seemed tired and unbothered even though it was just 5 PM. Asking for water or ice felt awkward, which is a shame considering there’s a service charge.
Nice place, but food was hit-or-miss and the service needs some serious love. Hoping for a better...
