SCAMMERS! THEYRE ALL SCAMMERS I PROMISE! My Mom had booked two separate apartments way back in April. We arrived July 2, and were denied entry by the security guard as we apparently needed a qr code to get in.
In the booking, there was no mention of a qr code whatsoever. Keep in mind, my Mom had tried contacting the lady we had booked with, MARINA, MULTIPLE times and SEVERAL days before arriving, all calls were unanswered and did NOT get a single call or message back. So how were we supposed to know about any qr code? Having no qr code, we call MARINA and she picks up for the first time. How convenient. The one time she picks up is the time of our arrival.
It only gets worse, she says that the rooms we had booked are no longer available. The rooms that were ALREADY BOOKED way back in APRIL were no longer available. What's the point of a booking a room if it's going to be given away to someone else? Isn't the point of booking a room to have the room reserved so there are no complications? Well it was only complications since we set foot in this place.
When originally booking, the total price was set for 2268 pesos. After informing us the rooms WE HAD BOOKED were no longer available, she offered different rooms for 4500 pesos. Which is simply and utterly wrong.
Another man, SALZMANN, who appeared out of nowhere coincidentally asked us if we had a room. He offers us 3800 for a single room with two bedrooms, so of course we accepted the room as we were already tired and fed up just wanting to settle down. As we are checking in, another lady MARIVIC SASUYA who is an associate of MARINA, enters the building, confronting my mother about her decision in changing to Salzmann.
What she does is completely unprofessional and weird. She makes passive aggressive remarks for example "I wish you didn't do that ma'am, but that's okay" and keeps repeating how she wishes my Mum didn't do that as if it was her fault we changed to another person. A little while later miss MARIVIC RED SASUYA messages my Mom saying she is keeping the photos of our ID's. It was so weird and felt threatening towards our family.
We had just come back from having dinner and the power was out, so we had to call SALZMANN for help and it took around half an hour for the power to return. It did not seem at all like a power outage, it's too sketchy. They do it on purpose to save money.
Another thing, during our check in, SALZMANN asks for a deposit of 1000 pesos, saying he will pay it back the next day, after we check out. It has now been four days since we were meant to get the deposit of 1000 pesos back, and still nothing.
My mother has messaged SALZMANN and he said he is currently unsure if he can return the deposit as the doorknob of the room is broken. He sent a video of this supposed broken doorknob. It is a completely different doorknob from the one we had on our room. The video he sent had a ball knob and the one we had was a lever knob. What a joke this place is. DO...

My aunt made a booking for 2 units for 6 people way back in April 24, 2025. We arrived July 2, 2025. By the time we got there, we were denied entry by the guards because we needed to present a "QR Code"—one that was supposedly given to us by the contact person for identification purposes—which they failed to do so.
This contact person is named MARINA. We called her multiple times days prior to our arrival, but to no avail. She only responded to us when we got there only to say that the unit we booked months ago, was apparently, not available. Take note, we were from a 6-hour road travel, and she made us wait at the gates for almost an hour. Within that hour, she sent multiple people to "accommodate" us, poorly at that. One of them was named MARIVIC RED SASUYA. Their explanations differed from one another, and suddenly, they increased the prices higher than what was already agreed on. They kept going back and forth, which caused us extreme hassle because they had MONTHS to prepare it, and they only started doing so when we already arrived.
Minutes passed, a man named SALZMANN, approached us while we were waiting outside and offered us his space. Us—who were left hanging with no proper and clear assurance, already exhausted and distressed with the whole ordeal—just wanting to rest and settle in our luggages, accepted his offer. While we were processing our booking from this one, MARIVIC RED SASUYA barged in the lobby and started confronting my aunt in front of many people. She even went as far as sending threatening messages to my aunt about how she's keeping our ids. Extremely unprofessional and downright weird.
We went through with SALZMANN in MALDIVES TOWER ROOM 312. It was initially going great, however, it just went downhill from there. We went out for dinner, and by the time we got back, the door knob was hard to handle and the power was out. It was midnight, and we had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the electricity to come back. We had only stayed for one night. SALZMANN still owes us a deposit amount of 1,000 pesos, in which he has yet to return to us. It has already been 2 days, and he's hard to get a hold of. He only responded to say that we broke the door knob (we did not) and sent a video as a "proof" only to show a different door knob from a door that was not from the unit that we used.

Read morefirst off, Carlota, the owner did her best to accomodate and make this as much of a hotel experience as possible. My heart goes out to the owners renting these places with the severely incompetent management and vey long list of silly rules to abide by when here.
Check in: Must receive the authorization with guests name to enter the grounds. you may temporarily park by the front desk to check in. the biggest trouble was they think people are willing to surrender your ID to check in. this is the dumbest thing for someone to do anywhere, not to mention if you are in a foreign country. This was explained that they can refuse to give you the ID back if you dare to break any of the non-ending list of silly rules to comply with.3000 pesos for any transgression.
*parking: unless the owner offers a parking space to use for 300 pesos per day, you are expected to park in front of the 'Home Depot' and walk to the property. this can be up to a few hundred meters in the sun or rain.
*location: the access is a side road with one way in and one way out, with your only option for leaving is to get on the NLEX or go to the malls. Not able to go west without a uturn across the highway.
pool: as mentioned in other posts, it a bit run down at this point, but this is a normal occurance in the Philippines, what destroys the experience is the silly rules and procedures to even get in. first you must go to the gym to register, then you are allowed to go pay at another booth. 200pesos for the early or the late session. open 8am noon, or 2pm to 7pm. your 200 only get you one, not an all day pass. Refreshments, you are not allowed anything! We were able to negotiate a bottle of water and were able to sit in the *6 actual chairs to sit in for the entire pool area. the only shade is from the trees or the pool walls. The wave pool is turned on for only 10 minutes once and hour. Once you have used the pool, even if you have been dry, you will not be allowed to use the main elevator if you look like you are in pool clothes. you are forced by the staff and guards to use the service elevator like an unclean animal. Any guest is treated as a liability and is hawked mercilessly for their compliance to these strict...
