I stayed at this hotel on feb 19-20, was catered by the front desk named Elaine, i enjoyed the first day of stay, howeveri decided to extend my vacation, so i ask her if i could extend for another night on feb 20-21, she said they are already fully booked, but when i check the website, they are not fully booked yet, so i booked another reservation, i ask her on feb 20, 12nn to replace the linens, because we take out some foods from ningnangan and the shrimp sauce drips on some of it, she said yes, i also ask her to restore the amenities, i went out exactly 2pm, and remind her again, i go back at the hotel, 4:30pm but when i check it, nothing was done, i simply think that maybe housekeeping is cleaning up the other room and they might make up mine later on, so i just stayed for a few minutes, and went to sky ranch this time, and then i went back at the hotel 10pm, checked the room again and still!! Nothing is done! We even shared 1 single soap, and use that same soap as shampoo, food leftovers are still inside the room!! I ask her twice nice and reminded her as well, she said yes but then nothing is done, i paid for the laundry, theres no problem with that, but the thing is, i paid for the laundry due to stains but its not replaced though!!, I paid for on a full price, but amenities are not restored??!! having a vacation in pampanga is great but having a great hotel to stay on to will make it better, but this place with this kind of employees will never make a good experience...

On the day i checked in i also got my menstrual period and as i was sleeping, the bodily liquid leaked through and stained the linens. Now I understand that ive given 2k pesos security money before i checked in but the staff never gone through the hotel policies and didnt make me sign any form of agreement in regard with the hotel policy. I had no control of the whole situation of how i stained the linens so it is unfair that my security money was not returned and even charged me another 1,000 pesos as they said that the stain isn’t amendable and hotel has to purchase new one.
Ive done my research and ive come to know that hotel should not charge their customers for bodily fluid. I believe there was some unfairness in this situation as even the receptionist wasnt sure about everything he was talking about because he had to confirmed everything he was saying to the lady at the back.
One last thing, the receptionist even told me that if the stain dont come off, i will paying...
Read morebooked last week of September 2021 via agoda app Fast transaction checking in, jist showed my agoda booking, id and negative covid test, paid the 1k deposit fee and me and my buddy were both set. Room is good enough for the price, easily reachable even via commute, a walking distance from bus terminal at Robinsons and even SM mall. Commute rides are easily available so that's a plus, the downside is the vehicle noise at night but we didn't even experienced it since we checked out at night. Room is spacious enough, just the right size to get yourself to rest and get yourself done with. Had no any inconvenience during my stay, towels and toilettries were provided, it's just the door from our room couldn't be double locked from the outside so the only option is to lock using the thumblock from the inside which is not that much of a problem to me at all, What I like is that it is easily accessible to malls, restautants and...
