Orotel — Hotel in Luzon

It is not the same to other hotels that we stayed. Since its late night, hotel was already fully booked. We decided to stay in Orotel. Perfect to those who have their tight budget. It just located in front of SM Pampanga and Robinsons, and beside the Mercury Drugs.||||The rooms was not that clean. I saw some hairs on the bed, they have 2pillows, one towel, one blanket and a soap. Their deluxe room is just like a standard room to other hotel. Just good for 2 people. ||||Their aircon is centralized, every room they provide an exhaust fan so that your room will be cold. They have also have a shower with a cold and VERY hot water. They don't have pail and dipper. The door on CR is sliding translucent glass.||||They have a free wifi, password are just a good for 8hrs. They have also a Local TV without remote. When we turn on the TV the volume was so loud. The division of the rooms are just wood, you can hear the noise outside. I cant believe people actually rate this place as 5 or 4 star, and call it clean, only someone with low standards can see it that way. I'm glad that there are people who see this place for what it really is. The only benefit to this place is that it is close to SM Pampanga, aside from that, it is disgusting, broken down, has bad service, there are cockroaches in the rooms, water fluctuates from the shower, there is dried up blood on the bedsheets, the place is not secure; and there are insects of the woodland variety that make it into the rooms. No one should even be able to stay at this place. Don't get me wrong, I know it's a budget hotel, but Ive seen many budget hotels, and all of them were way better compared to this place. If it weren't for my company booking me here I wpuld never stay here, and next time I would check myself in another hotel at my own expense, because I dare...

Basic necessities for those looking for a cheap place to stay overnight or for a few nights. Conveniently located beside Robinsons Starmills and in front of SM Pampanga. Deluxe room (for two) contains a bed, a tv, and bathroom. Only a single towel and blanket are provided. Limited power outlets. Bathroom door is a glass sliding door which is kind of translucent (for the deluxe room, anyway). Tissue and a small soap is provided, no shampoo and no complementary bottled water.
