Burger King - Orchard Telabastagan (Drive Thru) — Restaurant in San Fernando

⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently visited Burger King at Orchard Community and had a disappointing experience. When I approached the counter, the cashier something like Erica or ernics her name she was busy but didn’t acknowledge or ask what I needed. I had to call her attention just to place my order. She looked displeased, didn’t smile, and made me feel like I was disturbing her.

I ordered a breakfast meal and requested to replace the juice with brewed coffee. By the time I finished my meal and went to drink the coffee, it tasted very bland. I politely asked for an extra creamer, and the same cashier told me there would be an extra charge.

In my opinion, customer satisfaction should come first. A simple question like “Is there something wrong with the coffee?” would have gone a long way. It’s about quality service, not just following rules. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reminds their staff about the importance of good...
