Jollibee — Restaurant in San Fernando

The service is really bad, there's a lot of crew but the service is so slow!! What a waste of time!!! My order still haven't arrived yet and it's been an hour!! I already did a follow up 3 times and yet it's still now yet available! I don't know if they are power tripping but the customer who arrived after me already got their orders fast and we have the same order!!! Jollibee check on your employees!!!!! Bad experience! ++ Did a follow up again since sobrang tagal (respectfully) and sila pa yung pabalang sumagot! Sobrang attitude ng staff! Akala ko ba fast food? Anong fast sa more than an hour waiting time? Grabe sobrang nakakadisappiont yung branch nato! Take not: tumatawa pa yung mga staff...

We are currently here eating bfast as my husband suddenly had his cravings. He ordered two 1 piece spicy chicken meal. He got serve warm refried chicken which is tough to eat. I ordered from their Mix and Match meal (spaghetti and fries (cold tough fries) and yum burger and pineapple juice (which were not serve and my husband had to go back to the cashier to have it served) the experience left very little to be desired and the staff is not happy to be of service. I wouldnt recommend eating here first thing in the morning. Their customer service sucks! Hope Jollibee...

WORST JOLLIBEE BRANCH EVER!!!

Managers and crew can’t handle pressure kapag marami na customers. Mali Mali na orders and takes long time to serve the food. The cashiers are not polite and tried to ignored you even you are talking in front of them to follow up orders, and laughed together with their colleagues after the follow up.
