Jollibee Dolores Junction — Restaurant in San Fernando

Poor delivery service! Took me 1 hour to place my order because their call center and stores aren't in sync with regards to the places that they service. Called the call center 3 times and the store 3 times. One effin hour just to place my order. Then after my order came through,another hour of waiting for the delivery to arrive. Called the store,was told by the rider the motorcycle broke down. Store sent another rider to get the food. After 15 mins,called the rider. Was told he was in a place 10 mins from mine. After 20 mins,still no delivery guy. Was calling the rider but no answer. Finally,after approximately 1 hour and 15mins,my order arrives. Terrible delivery service. Never ordering...

Weʼve been there yesterday for a break. The security guard there also helps serving the food so things could get as done as possible. We only took 10 minutes to claim our food for 6 Pax. and thereʼs so many people in the food chain so things took so fast. Also the food flavour is as same as many Jollibee branches out there. And what really is my favourite is thereʼs alot of seats and parking lot spaces (up to 20 vehicles) and itʼs very spacious especially to those cars who are convoy and looking for a place to have a food break. There's a reason why people go to fastfood and use the drive thru. It's simply because they want food...fast! Go to this branch if you want to be held in that box and wait endlessly for your food to be served. We always waste an average 10 minutes waiting for our food to arrive. Why can you not properly plan and not pass on the burden of controlling waste to your customers?
