The rooms are decent, the location is accessible, the building looks old, the free breakfast is okay, inclusions are just fine, and there’s enough parking space.
Honestly, the rate is acceptable for what they can give. But would I recommend it? No. Their management is very unacceptable. Our original booking date was during the typhoon. We are all from Rizal, and we are a group with four separate bookings. We booked the hotel for our friend’s wedding which was rescheduled due to the implications of the typhoon. Since we were flooded, stranded at home, and streets are not passable by vehicles, we requested for free cancellation of our booking because of the weather conditions. Also, there’s no final schedule yet of the wedding event we will go to (which is the main purpose why we booked our stay). They rejected the free cancellation because they have the “No refund policy” which they strictly implement whatever your reason is. Instead, they offered a free rebooking within the 30 days from the original booking date. We refuse to accept and requested for consideration because it will be a waste of time to consume the booking if we push thru without the scheduled event. I keep on calling them for almost 2 days, and they keep on repeating the “No refund policy”. They have no considerations for it. What’s worse is I even talked to the manager on the line, and seems like he just repeated what his staff keeps on telling me, and he really sounds so rude. Sounds gaslighting for me, telling us that they are a business, they are out of scope of our event, and their location was not flooded by the typhoon. He even threatened us that he will just cancel if I do not accept their free rebooking offer because he can’t accept our frustration. Seems like they really have no empathy with their customers, and they took advantage of our situation instead.
Our situation at that time was even cascaded in news, and they even gaslighted us by telling that we can’t tell them they have no considerations because we are offered by the free rebooking, and it’s not their problem if we cannot consume on the event’s date. Such a real capitalist, and such a big...
Read more✅️ -Accommodating staff. -Good hotel location.
❎️ -I think it's more convenient and practical to stay in Azure. -Not worth the price we paid. -The room and hotel itself is NOT WELL-MAINTAINED. -It smells like it was vacant for a long time, I wish they had put even a small diffuser or they sprayed room freshener. -We came in the room and it's so hot cz the airconditioner is not on. It took forever to get cold and is leaking. -It was so dusty. Like you can literally see the dust from the floor sticking to your slippers. Even after we asked them to make up the room, I think they still did not mop the floor. -I dont know when was the last time they cleaned that room. It looks like they just cleaned the surface of the tables so it will look clean. -I dont even know if the linens were changed or when was the last time they were changed because they were so yellowish, wrinkled, and dusty and we felt itchy. -Bed and pillows are old type I think, I had shoulders and lower back pain. -It's so hot where the beds were positioned so we asked them to rearrange the beds in front of the aircon, otherwise we'll not get any sleep. -They have kettle in the room but no mug and spoon and no complementary tea and instant coffee as you should order downstairs in their restaurant which closes at 10pm. So if you want hot tea or coffee in the middle of the night, you need to bring it yourself or go out of the hotel and look for coffee shop nearby. -TV has nothing but normal tv channels, not smart tv. -The breakfast is not buffet at that time, not worth it. -Toilet bowl flush is not good, needs to flush 2 to 3x. -Glass shower enclosure is leaking. Everytime you take a shower, the water is leaking outside.
It wasn't this worse when we booked 2 years ago. How I wish they will maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel as the location is very good.
Anyhow, the staff are kind. Especially housekeeping and the resto crew (i think those are having...

Booked a Queen room, upgraded into a King room because it looks like our booked room was no longer available. heard them talking to the housekeepers asking which room is available at the moment. Check-in time is 2pm, and we arrived around 4pm - this should give them ample of time to prepare the rooms. I waited for 10 mins. When we entered the room, AC is not yet opened and the housekeeper told us that he'll just give us the towels in a while. I checked the T&B and the soap dispensers are empty (except the shampoo). The AC remote is not in the room. The beds are untucked on the sides and not completely iron out. And the floor is dusty and has signs of dirt. We stayed just to freshen up and sleep at night so we don't really need extra amenities much. I did not check if the ref is working. There's no gym or pool. Bfast is ok. Lastly, on our check out day (check out is 12pm, this happened at around 9:30am) what bothered me so much is the fact that their housekeeper does not know how to knock. He entered the room without notice and just went in straight while we are preparing to check out (just got fully dressed). When he saw me, and I asked what is he doing, he said if we wanted our room to be cleaned, I said no, and he still keeps on asking other things like if when do we want to have our room cleaned, when is our check out etc. UMM HELLO, I JUST WANT YOU OUT OF OUR ROOM. FYI that the hotel does not have any of the clean up room/do not disturb signs (basic things to have). This is the first time I experienced this and I will never go back to this hotel again. I read one review like this and I thought this is just an isolated case. But I guess the same staff or maybe other staff still do this. I reported it to the front desk and they...
