Mang Inasal — Restaurant in San Fernando

as usual dining in at mang inasal is an organized chaos. you have to wait to get seated or seat far apart from each other. not a lot of choices too as they ran out of the thigh part meal so we were offerrd the pecho meal which comes with unlimited rice, a glass of soda, soup at small halo halo. we got serve our food after about 30 minutes of waiting except for the halo. since we are on the unlimited plate, my husband requested for 2 scoops of rice but the staff serving it said that we are only allowed to ask for 1 cup each refill (not sure why because their cup looks like a 1/2 measuring cup) I alao notice that halfway through our meal, our halo halo is not yet serve so we again ask their refill staff about it and she said (with an irritating tone) that it is beng delivered by batch so I told her that the family seating next to us just arrived about 10 minutes or so ago yet they have their halo halo already. the staff said she'd make a follow up but we clearly saw her went about her business. after a few more minutes of waiting and since we're all done, I went to the cashier to make a follow up and lo! they dont know about this halo halo. so I showed them the receipt and they said they would just serve it to our table..Honestly at this point, Im just waiting for an apology. For their ownership of what happened. Im not one to complain, but I cant help thinking why the service here in the PHilippines suck.
