Max's Restaurant — Restaurant in San Fernando

the best Max's Restaurant I've ever been at the moment. Employee's are so attentive and alert. You can ask for favor's. Has their own FAST internet. Great airconditioning. And best of all the employee's are not deaf and blind unlike the other store's I've been in Manila. When you call or ask for them, they will immediately come and with fast response even though they are crowded. Unlike in some branches here in Manila you would need to should or go to them before they response and usually their eyes are rolled down. So they would have an excuse to say that, "I didnt see you sir." From my experience, some of their branches are very picky in serving customers, it usually takes 15minutes to ask for an extra spoon and there's only like 10 customers at that time and some of them are just standing.

I would not recommend this place. Portion was very small compared to their menu photos. Service staff weren't attentive. Maryanne and Arvin treated our table like we were not welcomed. Agnes and Grace were patient enough. The one guy in a grey shirt looked like he was the manager but definitely didn't have control in this shop. Twice we tried to correct our orders and they insisted to "check" because "maybe" they served it. Honestly, this is the reason for NOT recommending this place. We had a delicious lunch at Max's Restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day. The classic Max's fried chicken, crispy pata, and sinigang na bangus were all cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, the experience ended on a stressful note when the cashier almost misplaced a senior citizen card. My mom, who is 80 years old but still very sharp, found the card herself on the lower counter of the said cashier.
