The best trait that an employee must have,is to satisfy the customer for the service that we are expecting to experience.When I dine to have my lunch in this place,,,cashiers are not approacheable,How i love to see a smiling person everday,and i understand that sometimes employees are not in a good mood perhaps they are tired,not feeling well, or stressed.But as a customer who is seeking for good vibes,it is not a good thing to go to places where employees are ignoring your hunger,do not assist you of carrying your food,ask you for your order as if you have done something wrong to them and show you a bitter facial expression...come on guys!!! trained your people with good customer service,lively,show symphaty or somehow emphatize with your customer..I will assure you..with this qualities,you will be the best store with excellent service and the only place in the country that every customer will surely be delighted and happy...seeing them smiling after...

Read moreWe ordered chicken filet with rice around 6am. Since I have a habit of smelling the food before eating, I smell the chicken filet and it doesn't smell good. The texture is a bit hard also when you cut it. The chicken filet have an after taste. When I call the attention of the crew she said, "Ganun po tlga lasa ng chicken filet namin maam" I responded that it was my favorite food in McDonald's and doesn't taste good compare to the other branch. I heard the manager shouting. Seems like she doesn't care for the product she served to us. Thumbs down to this branch....
