I’m not the type to share negative energy but My family and I didn’t have a pleasant experience...

The service water had things floating in it...

.... ppl please check your water before drinking!!!!....

Waited patiently for 35mins to be served, after everyone else AFTER US! GOT SERVED! BEFORE US. My two children 4yrs and 6yrs started to complain they’re hungry!!!

Patients...

Finally our food started to come out, I’m expecting hot delicious plates after waiting a long time and being over looked. I was really trying to be humble at this moment, I said to myself this better be worth the wait, with save the best for last kinda mentality...

Uh yeah, that didn’t happen!!!

1st they came out with one plate of pasta for my kids and it was ice cold, and when they severed the “chicken wings” it was OVER cooked and COLD!!! And I didn’t want to imagine what was next...

I felt like I was begging punked or on kitchen knightmares!!!

I took the “cold over cooked chicken” down staris and ask them to cancel my order cuz I’m not going to let my kids and family eat cold over cooked meals!!! disgusted and upset, waiting for nothing!

As I was explaining myself to the lady that I think was the owner but she got very defensive and disrespectful...

I explained why... waited for 35mins to 40mins patiently and was over looked many times and finally when we finally get our food, everything is cold!

She got mad and kinda lost a screw like it was my fault!?

I asked her to charge me for the drinks that was serverd to our table and forget about everything else!

She looked at me like I was crazy as if I did something wrong, she asked me to pay for everything! the waitersss started ringing up the whole bill! which everything wasn’t served out on the table!!!

After going back and forth

I refused to pay the whole bill and said I’ll only pay for what I used, the drinks and I felt bad and said I’ll take the pasta to go

So we left it at that! And also left the paid pasta!

I have been to this place many times and each time was different but this one beats the cake!

I’m never going to go back there, nor would I recommend his place to ppl I know...

A nice place for after Sunday Mass bonding. Their food is delicious and the servings is generous. Best lumpiang shanghai in town! Will come back again to sample...
