Food is ok as usual but man, poor customer service. The lady in the drive thru window this Jan. 1 morning keeps on cutting us off while ordering with "anything else?" As if there's a rush when there's no one else behind us. When we got to the window, nakikipagkwentuhan pa with someone while processing the order.

We asked to have the pastries warmed bec it was too cold.l when she handed them to us. Usually they ask if we want it warmed or not, she didn't ask that. Then her face was clearly annoyed but then said she'll have it warmed so we should wait at the holding area. And then the guard hands us the order - cold pastry.

As my kid didn't want to eat it cold, we went back in to have it warmed and asked her why she had us wait for nothing, she completely denied she knew about it. Starbucks baristas are usually and almost always trained and excellent in customer service, this is the first time I've seen...

RUDE barista at drive thru, he has absolutely no patience and clearly does not know what customer service is all about. As we had difficulty placing our orders (we have senior citizens with us in the car who had no idea what to order) I politely asked if we can just say our order at the window since he kept on rushing us (saying things like ma’am? Helloooo? ) they labelled our drinks with “SKIP CAR” and had the nerve to scold us for not saying our order at the speaker saying that we should have our orders ready as soon as we go to the speaker to not waste time (barely even took 3 mins) 😤😤😤🤬Never going back here again. I suggest studying about what customer service is all...

Honestly, It was always a delight whenever we had our coffee and bonding here at Starbucks as in any branch for that matter. You feel the ambience of belongingness with the service they provided. It's always been personal that you feel valued. Their drinks were all yummilicuous and creamylicious The pricing is competitive you really get what you pay for. From the service, food and cleanliness you cannot ask for more they really nailed it. As their tagline says " To inspire and nurture the human spirit" - one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time... More Power to Starbucks. Just keep it up...
