Cabalen - Robinsons Starmills Pampanga — Restaurant in San Fernando

I’m writing on behalf of 20 people who experienced terrible service at Cabalen Restaurant Robinsons Starmills during a reunion of sorts. The staff barely refilled the food trays; my mom ended up eating only the kang kong chips because that was the only item consistently available on the buffet. Additionally, I want to call out the branch manager, Shaira Dizon, for her unprofessional handling of the situation. After I received a draft message from her that clearly seemed like a generic response for when the restaurant is at fault, she did not follow up. I cannot post pictures of everyone for their privacy, but I felt bad for them as they rarely dine out at good restaurants and had such a poor experience here.
