The food is indeed delicious, however, there are a few areas where improvements could be made:

Customer Service. It would be beneficial if the staff could appear more welcoming. While we greet them with smiles, their demeanor at the cashier area seems less enthusiastic, which can be a bit disheartening. It sometimes feels as though they are not pleased with our orders. Ambience The space could be better organized. Although there are tables available, the display of pasalubongs is somewhat obstructed by the placement of chairs. Customers browsing for pasalubongs often need to ask diners to move their chairs to access the items. Additionally, during our meal, the staff's conversations, including laughter, could be heard at a high volume, which was a bit distracting. It would be preferable if they maintained a more professional demeanor.

It appears that this branch opened late and was unprepared to take orders. It seems the manager's late arrival resulted in other employees and customers waiting outside. When we finally decided to order, intending to dine at Susie's as the app indicated it opened at 7, our plans were disrupted by an hour-long wait for noodles.

Additionally, the waitstaff exhibited rudeness. If you're unable to take orders at 7, I suggest updating your opening hours to 9 to avoid...
